Vancouver Canucks
Technology: Access Points, Switches, Conduit, Fiber, Cabling
Location: Rogers Arena - Vancouver, BC

Scope of Work: Installation, termination, and testing of 492 indoor and outdoor Cisco APs throughout 7 floors with 18 IDFs. New conduit and cabling was installed for all access points and new switches had to be cut over from the old system and cleaned up accordingly. A wireless exit survey was completed upon completion to ensure proper coverage and customer satisfaction.
Starbucks Canada
Technology: Access Points, Switches, Printers, Cabling
Locations: 700+

Scope of Work: Installation of new Mobile Order and Pay infrastructure, Allstream hardware upgrade, installation of new backboard and rack. All network equipment had to be removed from the old rack or shelving and then the new backboard and rack were installed. Existing switches were replaced with a single Juniper 48-port POE switch. All relevant devices were patched in and cut over according to Starbucks Global Network Operations Center. Data cabling had to be ran for 2 new MOP printers per store and placed according to managerial direction. A new Aruba AP was installed and coverage confirmed with both DataValet and the GNOC.
Canadian Tire
Technology: Access Points, Switches, Cabling
Locations: 60+

Scope of Work: Installation, termination, and testing of between 24 to 36 indoor and outdoor Cisco APs, 4 Cisco switches, and 7 auto tablet drops per store. New cabling was ran for all access points and new switches had to be cut over from the old system and cleaned up accordingly. Most projects were completed overnight while the stores were not operational, which lead to tight timelines and deadlines which were non-negotiable. Technicians had to work diligently with remote employees to ensure complete functionality prior to store open. Auto tablets were installed according to specifications. A wireless exit survey was performed upon completion to ensure proper coverage and customer satisfaction.
McDonald’s Canada
Technology: Access Points, POE Injectors, Cabling
Locations: 250+

Scope of Work: Installation, termination, and testing of wireless access points for the new McDonald’s guest wireless network. Between 1 and 3 APs and POE injectors were cabled and installed per store. Installations were quite challenging due to the residential-like build of most restaurant locations, along with working in an operational environment with multiple hazards. Timeline was extremely aggressive due to a Skip The Dishes nationwide rollout. The first 84 stores needed to be completed in just 9 days.
TELUS/Ledcor
Technology: Dual Clear Curve SM Fiber
Locations: Multiple SMB

Scope of Work: Installation, termination, and testing of singlemode fiber for the TELUS Pure Fiber rollout. Acting as part of the Rapid Deployment Team, we were called to assist on complex inside wiring jobs for small and medium size commercial installations. When the other contractors couldn’t figure out how to get the job done, we would get called to come in and complete it. Super tight timelines and an unknown multitude of operational clients created a challenging atmosphere where friendly customer service and an understanding attitude were of upmost importance.
Sobeys Canada

Locations: 75+

Scope of Work: Installation, termination, and testing of wireless access points for the new Sobeys wireless network. Between 2 and 6 APs were cabled and installed per store along with POE injectors and a new switch. Exit survey was preformed upon completion of each store.
Hudson’s Bay Company

Scope of Work: Installation, termination, and testing of wireless access points for the new internal HBC wireless network. Between 24 and 48 APs were cabled and installed per store along with POE injectors and multiple new switches that had to be cut over.
Bass Pro Shops
Technology: Bose Speakers, Crestron A/V, LED Displays, Video Conferencing, Paging
Location: Tsawwassen Mills

Scope of Work: Installation, termination, and testing of 133 Bose speakers, 11 large LED Displays, a Vidyo video conferencing system, a Crestron Digital Media system, and 5 SAT receivers.
Vancouver General Hospital
Technology: Low Voltage Cabling
Location: JRFHSC

Scope of Work: Installation, termination, and testing of low voltage power cabling for 203 new Viulite windows with double pane automated blinds. 16AWG wire was ran from each window to a sector control box and then from the control box to a sector switch.
BC Women and Children’s Hospital
Technology: Low Voltage Cabling
Location: TACC

Scope of Work: Assisted in the installation, termination, and testing of 20,000 Cat 6A data drops for a new section of the hospital.
Shared Services Canada
Technology: Access Points, Cabling
Locations: Multiple - Ongoing

Scope of Work: Installation, termination, and testing of APs and cabling in multiple government buildings throughout Canada. Notable projects include exit surveys for the Department of Defence in Esquimalt, BC and the new multi-billion dollar federal RCMP building in Surrey, BC. Security was extreme due to the sensitive operations underway while on premise.
Delta Inn

Locations: Multiple - BC

Scope of Work: Installation, termination, and testing of over 800 in-room access points as an upgrade to the guest wireless network. New switches were installed and cutover prior to performing an exit survey on each property. Rooms were occupied during installation so extreme professionalism was a necessity.
